THE WAX PRODUCT CONTENT:
- Mothers California Gold Spray and Rinse containing silicon dioxide based ceramic particles and hygrophobic bonding agents.
- Owing to the lower silicate content, Mothers California Gold Spray and Rinse is a between waxing maintainer, to be applied every six weeks, after an initial application of higher silicate content wax, such as Mothers Gold Ceramic Spray Wax.
THE DETAILING PROTOCOL AND PRODUCT USE:
- Wear Latex gloves for protection.
- Recommended to detail vehicle in partly shaded area to avoid dry spotting
- Hand wash vehicle adding two cap-fulls (one healthy squirt) of Mothers California Gold Ceramic Wash and Wax to a two gallon bucket of water.
- Rinse the vehicle with abundant standby water supply.*
- *Garden hose recommended to avoid wax product streaking
- (Optional) Use Mothers Clay Bar to clean the rough surface pores
- Maintaining body panels thoroughly wet, spray each panel with light mist of Mothers California Gold Ceramic Spray and Rinse. As water sheets off successive body panels, apply more water prior to spraying the Spray and Rinse product.
- Rinse off vehicle again and towel dry
- Total time to wash vehicle and apply products: 35 minutes

The Could Be Better:
- A garden hose or power sprayer is highly recommended, in order to constantly mist the vehicle surfaces for application. Otherwise the silicate product drips and streaks, requiring wet cloth wiping.
